No, UMD hasn't stated when course info will be final. We are updating this page as the schedule of classes updates. You can see that last time we accessed Testudo in the footer down below.

Haven't I seen something like this before?

Yes, a version of this for Fall 2020 was published in July of 2020.

Are you affiliated with UMD?

No. Ethan is a UMD student. Bill, who helped develop the Fall 2020 version of this, is a UMD Alumni.
